Welcome to The Cookson 2023. A fast and flat(ish) 2 lap course starting and ending at Monkseaton High School. We have chip timing, cakes, cookies, flapjacks, tea and coffee. What more could you ask for? Oh, the t-shirt? Oh yeah there's a t-shirt obviously, where music and running collide. Wonder what it's going to be this year..... Did I mention the flapjacks ?
