Here's your chance to get 2019 off to an amazingly mad/bad/fabulous start. Put all your new year resolutions to one side and join us for the annual Sheffield "Hair of the Dog" Jog. Pick your distance - 5km or 10km - and enter as a pair, a solo or a team. Well behaved dogs are, of course, welcome, and in the interests of fun, fancy dress is strongly encouraged. There will be prizes for the most outrageous costumes (please make sure your costume stops short of actually committing a criminal offence!!!) as well as for the fastest times: bespoke medals, FREE finish-line fizz, beer and the usual cake etc for all finishers. NEW PRIZE : The Face of The Race - win yourself a FREE place at the 2019 RunForIt race of your choice. All you have to do is post a selfie (decent, please!) taken during the race to our facebook page and our judges will pick a winner from every race. It could be YOU!! It's a fast, flat and scenic route very close to Meadowhall shopping centre. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available at the start & finish line. The route is completely family-friendly, pram-friendly and wheelchair-friendly. No excuse not to!
