Set in the stunning Gower Peninsula – the UK’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – this new Ultra Challenge will take you through golden beaches, limestone cliffs, wild moors, and woodlands. Starting from the historic Penrice Castle, this unforgettable challenge offers plenty of parking, camping for you and your supporters, and a bar with entertainment to make it a true summer highlight. Key Features: Rest Stops: Every 12.5 km, with major stops every 25 km. Expect marquee cover, medical & welfare support, catering, seating areas, and changing rooms. Route & Tracking: Clearly signed with pink arrows, distance markers, and glow sticks at night. Use our app for a route map and real-time tracking. Trek Masters will lead group departures at night, ensuring no one walks alone. Food & Drink: Snacks, meals, and energy drinks included, catering to all dietary needs. Light options for runners and a hot finishers' meal. Camping: Available for those doing the 2-day 100 km or 50 km challenge. Choose from inclusive packages or pitch your own tent, with access to showers and chill-out areas. Medics & Support: Doctors, paramedics, first aiders, podiatrists, and massage teams at rest stops. Emergency medical teams available 24/7 via our Control Room. Finish Line Celebration: Receive a medal, T-shirt, glass of fizz, and enjoy a finishers’ BBQ.
