Annual 5k road Champs held on a closed 1 mile loop
Open to all over 35's, medals will be awarded to the top 3 in each 5 year age group from 35 upwards to current members. The Innaugural Ken Mayor award will be given in memoriam to the member with the highest age grade on the day.
