The Final Summer Trail Run in the series!
The Linton Lollop is the fourth and final in a series of self guided trail races held on Wednesday evenings this summer. The race follows trails surrounding the village of Linton and combines a scenic country run, with competition if you want it, then socialising with other runners afterwards. Every finisher will receive a £2 voucher to use in the pub! This is one of the most inclusive types of running event that there is, all you need to do is follow the simple route instructions to get around.

The fun part of the race is that you will use a set of clear instructions to guide yourself around the course. Run on your own or with friends. It’s easy, and you don’t need any navigation skills apart from knowing left from right. There’s an element of self sufficiency but with runners starting at intervals, another runner is never far away. All runs will be timed like a time trial, so if you do feel like racing then you’d better go 100% in case someone else is quicker! Full details of the Yorkshire Evening Trail Series are on the Country Trail Races website.
