The 20 km will include a 10 km and 5 km: open to all and a qualifying opportunity for the World Junior Athletics Championships and the European Youth Athletics Championships. MINIMUM ENTRY STANDARDS: 20K 2:00.00, 10K 1:00.00, 5K 32.00
