ROC 5K
Annual Charity Fun Run for ROC Wellbeing part of United Response
The annual ROC 5K (3 miles) charity fun run will take place after work on Tuesday 26 June 2018, starting and finishing at Truro's Lemon Quay piazza. The race includes people of all abilities and minimum entry age is 11 years old. We will be raising funds for ROC Welcome Social Club in Truro and for IT interactive equipment for the Chapel, Chasewater. We are challenging runners to raise £85 towards the Social Club and IT interactive equipment. The sponsor form is available on our ROC5K website.

Your entry fee includes a technical, branded running shirt (plus post-event refreshments), which we'd like you to wear before, and especially on, race day. This will be delivered to you from Easter onwards, so please ensure you give us a day time delivery address (preferably your place of work) at check out.
You may enter as an individual or as a team of 4. You will be need to write your team name in the Entry Form
