Trig Point Challenge

A challenging 5k and 10k race from Sandal Primary School up onto and around Baildon Moor, taking in the trig point.

The races are mainly off road and on footpaths over Baildon Moor, if it rains it will be muddy so bring your trail shoes! There are roads to cross at the beginning and end of the race, so please do so with caution and at your own risk. As well as all the race entry fee profits going to Sandal Primary Parent Partnership Group registered charity, we are also supporting the Baildon Tree Planting Partnership. You will be able to chose a t-shirt when you order. There is limited on street parking in front of the school, so in the spirit of reducing your carbon footprint and to keep the local residents happy, please travel to the school by public transport or car share. There is a pay and display car park at Ian Clough Hall, Hallcliffe, Baildon, Shipley BD17 6ND, a 0.7 mile walk away. Please note UK Athletics rules apply, including that running with dogs is not permitted (www.uka.org.uk/competitions/rules/). The race is taking place in association with Baildon Runners.
