A multi terrain trail race, taking in the best trails, footpaths and hills in Pumas territory!

Want to blow away those Christmas cobwebs and stretch your running legs, then come and give our 8(ish) mile trail race a go! A hilly, muddy, trail running extravaganza. A real feel-good community event, with complimentary warm soup and rolls served afterwards in the club house. The race is not chip timed and there are no medals, but a donation from profits go to our chosen charity, Andy's Man Club. CUT-OFF. NEW FOR 2024. Based on feedback and after much discussion we have made the decision to implement a cut off time. The cut off will be just after the six mile stage on Coley Road. Any runners that reach this point after two hours will be directed back to the finish, cutting out the field loop and cutting the route short. Any runners not completing the full route will not be eligible for category prizes. It hasn't been an easy decision to make this change, but the safety and welfare of our volunteers at what is often a very cold and wet time of year is of upmost importance, without them the race cannot go ahead at all. Trophies for first male and first female winners, plus prizes for age category winners. Can't make it? Transfers are allowed, but no refunds will be given as we're fundraising for our chosen charity.
