Darlington Harriers & AC, are hosting this multi lap event for those runners who are looking to run a fast 10 mile race. Using predominantly the same course as the Darlington South park parkrun, although removing the infamous ‘Squirrel Hill’. Starting outside the tropical bird cage…well it has a parrot, runners will head out past the children’s play area before taking a sharp left down a slight incline before taking another left as you head towards the bandstand. Taking a right turn, takes the runners around the outskirts of the bandstand and around a cluster of trees and a sharp left before taking the left path adjacent to the river Skerne before once again turning left one last time back to the starting point. Runners will receive a bespoke medal. Prizes will be given based on number of entrants. Event will be chip timed. Licence number will be through Run Britain

1. There will be no sign ups on the day unless the 130 field hasn't been filled 2. Runners can wear headphones with music however runners should be aware of other runners around them and stay right where possible to allow overtaking on the left 3. Runners finishing the race should avoid crossing the start finish line again as this can cause confusion within the results. 4. Prizes will be given at the end of the race where possible at Race HQ within 30 minutes of the winner and where applicable will be posted out to winners
