Keighley 10K and 5K on Mothers' Day for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice

The Keighley 10K & 5K, is a challenging 10K or 5k at the start of the running season which follows a circular route through the paths, parks and roads of Keighley. All participants receive a bespoke Keighley 10K and 5K T-shirt. As the event takes place on Mothers' day many people run or walk with their mum, for their mum or in memory of their mum. Wheelchair participants are welcomed though we do warn people considering this that it is a multi-terrain course and there will be tough bits, in one position in particular a marshal has been briefed to give assistance if required.
