How fast can you and your team run the mile?

Following another successful virtual event in our Dream Team 5k, we are back with a Mile Competition! Seeded and randomised into teams of 4, your team must have the fastest combined total time to win. It's all about speed, so every single second counts towards being the Dream Team! This competition is open to all abilities and clubs in the North East of England. It's an opportunity to test yourself against the region and WIN as a team! Prizes to be won for the Fastest Male, Female and all members of the winning team! Race start time: Race between the 22nd February (12:00am) and the 27th February (20:00pm). Live team draw: Wednesday 17th February @ 8:30pm via NEP Facebook Course rules: Your performance must not contain more than 20ft of net downhill. You must only race 1:1 or solo. You must submit at least one Mile Time. You can submit as many attempts as you would like between this time frame. Your fastest attempt will be taken for the results. How to submit your Mile time?
