The mini version of the World's largest Mascot Race at Wetherby Races

Join us at Wetherby Races family day race meeting and take part in the all new Mini Mascot Gold Cup sponsored by OPM group, a smaller version of the famous Mascot Gold Cup for participants aged 5 to 12 years old. The event includes a mascot parade, a competition for Best Mini Mascot in parade and the race itself which is 220 yards and over 6 small soft fences. As participants for this are younger than the main Mascot Gold Cup, we encourage open face characters and onesies, and allow fancy dress. Entry to the Mini Mascot Gold Cup costs £15 and each entrant receives 2 free race day passes (one for themselves and one for a family member) plus unlimited half price passes for their supporters and a Mascot Gold Cup medal. Awards will be presented for the winners in 2 age groups, Best Mini Mascot in Parade and the Mini Mascot that raises most funds for Sue Ryder.
