A multi-terrain race set in the beautiful Crimple Valley area of the famous spa town of Harrogate

The Run Harrogate 10K, sponsored by Harmony Energy, offers a scenic and varied route through Harrogate, with around 70% on closed roads and the remainder on well-surfaced footpaths. The course is gently undulating and has been designed to suit all abilities: - Perfect if this is your first ever 10K - Still testing enough for club runners chasing a strong time Whether you’re aiming to finish with a smile or push for a PB, this is a course that delivers both challenge and enjoyment. 🎖 All finishers receive a specially designed medal and finish-line goodies. 🏆 Prizes will be awarded for: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Female and Open categories First Female and Open in each 5-year age group Female and Open EA-Affiliated Club Team prizes (first three runners count) 📅 On-the-day entry: If the race is not sold out in advance, entries will be available on the day for a £2 premium (cash or card). 📍 Full race-day information including start times, parking and course maps can be found on the Harrogate Harriers website: https://www.harrogate-harriers.co.uk/harrogate10k

When all places are sold or if it is less than 28 days to race day, entry fees will not be refundable in any circumstances. While places are still available and it is still more than 28 days until race day, an entrant may apply by email to hello@racebest.com for a refund, which will be subject to a refund processing charge. Unfortunately, due to the terrain, the course is unsuitable for buggies or wheelchairs, and dogs are not permitted. In line with UKA Rules of Competition, the wearing of headphones (including the bone-conduction type) or similar devices is not permitted. A cut-off time of 1 hour 45 minutes will be in place for the race: if you are running slower than this predicted finish time at the halfway point, you may be asked to pull out. Minimum age on race day is 15.
