A multi-terrain race set in the beautiful Crimple Valley area of the famous spa town of Harrogate

The Run Harrogate 10K follows an undulating route that is approximately 70% tarmac road, with the rest on good footpaths. The course has been specifically designed to be suitable for all levels of runner: it will appeal to those contemplating their first race, but also to seasoned club runners who are looking for a challenge. NOTE: Online entries close at 10:00 on Saturday 1st July. If not sold out, entries on the day will be allowed, subject to a £2 premium All 10K finishers will receive a 'goody bag', including a specially designed memento. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd ladies and men, plus first male and female in each age group and Ladies' and Men's Team prizes (first 3 count for each team). The Berwins Corporate Team Prize will also be contested again: as well as securing the bragging rights, the winning Team will choose which charity receives the sponsor's donation. Full race details will be available on the Harrogate Harriers website approximately 2 weeks prior to the race. After the success of the inaugural event in 2022, the 10K race will again be preceded by a Fun Run for those in school years 2-9. All participants will receive a memento, piece of fruit and water. The course is a traffic-free loop. Those in Years 2-5 will run one lap (total distance approx. 1.3 km) and those in Years 6-9 will run two laps (approx. 2.5 km). The older group will set off at 09:00 and the younger group at 09:05. Responsible adults are welcome to run round with their child.
