Harmony Energy Run Harrogate 10K
A multi-terrain race set in the beautiful Crimple Valley area of the famous spa town of Harrogate
The Run Harrogate 10K, sponsored by Harmony Energy, follows an undulating route that is approximately 70% tarmac road, with the rest on good footpaths. The course has been specifically designed to be suitable for all levels of runner: it will appeal to those contemplating their first race, but also to seasoned club runners who are looking for a challenge. NOTE: If not sold out, entries on the day will be allowed, subject to a £2 premium (cash or card payment). All finishers will receive a 'goody bag', including a specially designed medal (full details will appear on the event Facebook page as they are confirmed). Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd female and male overall, plus first male and first female in each age group category and Ladies' and Men's Team prizes (first 3 count for each team). Full race day details are available on the Harrogate Harriers website, at https://tinyurl.com/RaceInfo2024
