The three of us at EvenSplits (Mark, Lynn and Martin) have decided to donate all the profits from the Big Flat Runway Races to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal (https://www.dec.org.uk/appeal/ukraine-humanitarian-appeal) and the DEC Afghanistan Crisis Appeal (https://www.dec.org.uk/appeal/afghanistan-crisis-appeal). We will take no income from the event; all the profit will go to the two appeals. At the same time we will try to minimise all expenditure across the event. RaceBest has waived all transaction fees on race entry and we will be asking all our other suppliers to review their charges where they can. With this in mind, we are not ordering new bespoke t-shirts for entrants. Instead we are going to save the money it would have cost and donate that to the appeals. However, we will be giving away our remaining stock of RaceBest 2020 and EvenSplits 2021 technical t-shirts at the finish line, if you would still like a technical t-shirt. We will still provide a commemorative finisher’s medal too. Road running on a runway, with a choice of distances, these are safe, flat courses to suit everyone, from beginners to those chasing GFA times for London, from parkrunners to club runners. START TIMES 09:00 - Marathon (10 laps) 10:00 - 10K (2.5 laps) 11:00 - Half marathon (5 laps) 12:00 - 10M (4 laps) 13:00 - 5K (1 lap)

When all places are sold or if it is less than 4 weeks to race day, your race entry fee will not be refundable in any circumstances. If, however, the race is cancelled due to COVID-19 related issues, your place will automatically be transferred to a new rescheduled date. While places are still available and it is more than 4 weeks until race day, you may apply in writing for a refund, which will be subject to a refund processing charge of £2-£3 (depending on the original entry fee). By entering this race, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Anyone found to be running in someone else's name, will be disqualified and their details will be passed to UK Athletics.
