We welcome you to join our Power Hour challenge which turns traditional racing on it's head! Whether you are a complete beginner or an elite level runner the task is simple. Run as far as you can in one hour. The race will take place between 9am on Saturday 6th February until 11pm on Sunday 7th February. Open to ages 10 years plus. Rules: Distances will be measured in miles (2 decimal points) and we will be taking your total distance from your elapsed time within 1 hour. You must stop your race performance at no more than 60:02 (mm:ss) or distance will be extracted from your result. Submitting your performance: You must submit a screenshot including your elapsed time, total distance, pace and route map to neppowerhour@gmail.com Prizes: Winners of Male and Female U16, U20, Senior, V40, V50, V60, V70 age categories will receive a gift hamper and an invitation to a private NEP training morning once lockdown is lifted.
