5km & 10km. Are YOU tough enough? When he was 16, according to legend, Patrick drove all the snakes out of Ireland. St Patrick's Day is celebrated on 17th March each year. This is a scenic, fast and flat route great for PBs. Parking, toilets & facilities very close by; choose your distance (5k or 10km). Bespoke medal & special St Paddy beer/finish line fizz & cake for all finishers. Fancy dress optional (but strongly encouraged!). Friendly marshals, cake & candy at the refreshment points and finish line. What's not to love? Entries strictly limited - book now to secure your place. We will have St Paddy hats, t-shirts, flags etc on sale at the start line with all proceeds going directly to support our charities. T-shirts £8, flags 50p, glo-bracelets 30p, deely-boppers & hats at £2. Come and join us for our biggest and best race yet! Afterwards you can head off to Meadowhall to grab yourself a bargain, or enjoy lunch at Meadowhall. It’s time to dust off your running shoes, earn some serious LUCK, and sign up for this amazing event on Saturday 17th March 2019! The St Paddy's Day Purgatory is suitable for leprechauns of all ages and abilities (wheelchair/pram friendly route). There will be plenty of cheer from the crowds to get you on your way. A warm up to loosen those limbs will take place at the start, plus lots of other folk to trot, dance or prance the pavements with. It's a fast, flat and scenic route - perfect for a PB.

Water, sweets, cakes and cookies at refreshment points (better get there quick in case the marshalls get hungry!) and at the finish. As soon as you cross the finish line, there is a medal and a goody bag for every finisher. What more could a body ask for?
