The flattest, fastest 5K race in Yorkshire

The EvenSplits York 5K races are held monthly from February to November at the University of York Sport Village Cycle Circuit. The circuit is flat and fast offering the opportunity for you to achieve your 5K personal best. The races are chip-timed and UKA licensed (hence results appear on Power of 10). Results are sent by text as soon as you cross the finish line, and your kilometre splits are published too. Plus you get a chocolate bar at the finish for your troubles! Race yourself and measure your improvement month by month. Or make it a club event and race your rivals. Enter once for £9/£11 or save yourself time and money by bulk buying in advance. When you enter for the first time you will be assigned a race number with an embedded timing chip which can be used at both Leeds and York 5K provided you have entered the event. You will collect this number from Registration the first time you race. If you have a previously issued RED 5K race number (e.g. from 2021-22) you can use that again in 2023 (you must record this number on your entry form). If you have a previously issued 5K number in a different colour, this is no longer valid and can be swapped for a free RED 5K race number at Registration the first time you race. All entrants are entitled to one free number replacement in a 12 month period. Subsequent replacements will be charged at £4 thereafter.
