Take on the distance of the Beast!

Unlike our other two races at St Aidan’s Country Park, the St Aidan’s Winter Beast is not flat, and it’s not easy. The course takes in sections off the well-trodden paths and trails, to give you some genuine climbs and (weather permitting!) some proper cross country mud! That said, if you pause to catch your breath there are some great views of the park to be had from the top! SPECIAL OFFER TO PECO XC entrants: Even Splits have a festive offer to all PECO Cross Country series entrants: enter the St Aidan’s Winter Beast before December 25th and pay the reduced price of just £12. To qualify for this offer, you MUST add your PECO XC number into the entry form when asked and you MUST use your PECO XC race number when you run the Winter Beast race. A minimum donation of £500, or 30% of net profits from this race, shall be donated to the RSPB – whichever sum is greater. When all places are sold or if it is less than 4 weeks to race day, your race entry fee will not be refundable in any circumstances. If the race is cancelled for whatever reason, your place will automatically be transferred to a new rescheduled date. While places are still available and it is more than 4 weeks until race day, you may apply in writing for a refund, which will be subject to a refund processing charge of £2. By entering this race, you agree to these terms and conditions.

There will be no permitted race place transfers after Friday 21st January 2022. Anyone found to be running in someone else's name, will be disqualified and their details will be passed to UK Athletics.
