7 MILE MULTI-TERRAIN RACE
A 7 mile, multi-terrain, mostly flat course starting and finishing within the spectacular grounds of Kirkstall Abbey. The route takes in riverside paths and the canal towpath as well as road and the grounds of the Abbey. Every finisher will receive a beer and a medal. In support of Wheatfields Hospice and in memory of Stephen Blades and Paul Reynard. The course is unsuitable for wheelchairs. COURSE RECORDS The course changed to its current form in 2017. The course records since then are: Male: James Saxton - Wakefield & District H & AC - 37:56 (2018) Female: Helen Smith - Ribble Valley Harriers - 43:42 (2019)

No refunds or deferrals. If the race has to be cancelled for any reason, entrants will be offered free entry into the next year's event.
Trophies and prizes for 1st male and female, prizes for 2nd and 3rd male and female, 1st male and female V40, V45, V50, V55, V60, V65,V70. Stephen Blades Trophy for the first local runner. Team (3 runners) prizes for 1st male club/team and 1st female club/team.
