RACE THE TRAIL TO AND FROM KIRKSTALL ABBEY

A 7 mile, chip timed, multi-terrain, mostly flat course starting and finishing within the spectacular grounds of Kirkstall Abbey. The route takes in riverside paths and the canal towpath as well as road and the grounds of the Abbey. In support of Wheatfields Hospice and in memory of Stephen Blades and Paul Reynard. The course is unsuitable for wheelchairs.
