A 6.7 mile multi-terrain, but mostly flat, course starting and finishing within the spectacular grounds of Kirkstall Abbey. The route takes in riverside paths and canal tow path as well as road and the grounds of the Abbey.

Trophies and prizes for: 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female, 1st male and female V35, V45, V55, V65. Stephen Blades Trophy for the first local runner. Team (3 runners) prizes for 1st male club/team and 1st female club/team. All trophies/prizes presented in the LPSA club at approximately 12:00 pm.
