A 7 mile multi-terrain, mostly flat course starting and finishing within the spectacular grounds of Kirkstall Abbey. The route takes in riverside paths and the canal towpath as well as road and the grounds of the Abbey. In support of Wheatfields and in memory of Stephen Blades and Paul Reynard. This year the course will be made 7 miles and chip timed

Trophies and cash prizes for 1st male and female, cash prizes for 2nd and 3rd male and female. Prizes for 1st male and female V40, V45, V50, V55, V60, V65. Stephen Blades Trophy for the first local runner. Team (3 runners) prizes for 1st male club/team and 1st female club/team.
