A 6.7 mile multi-terrain, but mostly flat, course starting and finishing within the spectacular grounds of Kirkstall Abbey. The route takes in riverside paths and canal tow path as well as road and the grounds of the Abbey. SENIOR RACE NOW FULL. PLACES LEFT IN JUNIOR RACE AND MAD MONK MEANDER ONLY.
