The Fountains 10K is a great event for runners of all abilities with a mixed terrain route starting from the village of Grantley, near Ripon, North Yorkshire. It's an undulating route that takes on quiet country roads, off-road trails and scenic moorland within Nidderdale. Since we wait until the last person has finished before performing the prize giving ceremony, we have a 90-minute time limit on completing the course; we therefore respectfully request that walkers do not enter the event. Due to COVID-security measures, there will be no water stop on the course and runners are advised to bring their own supply of water if they require this whilst out on the course. Additionally there will be no baggage drop or changing facilities this year, so runners are asked to arrive "ready to run".
