After the success of 2019, which sold out before the day, the Tad Tri is back! Traditionally, held on the first Bank Holiday Monday in May, the race will be on a Saturday in 2020 to accommodate the rescheduling of the May Day holiday. Now in its 13th year, this popular triathlon raises funds for Tadcaster Community Pool and is a perfect introduction to triathlon for the novice racer as well as more experienced triathletes. It consists of a pool swim (400m), a picturesque bike route (14km) and a safe flat and picturesque run (7km) alongside the River Wharfe. All finishers will get a medal and something wearable (it was a buff in 2019). Minimum age to enter is 15 years old by 31/12/2020.
