How fast can you race a mile?

Hyde Park Harriers’ 5th Annual Summer Mile is a one mile race staged in heats on tarmac paths in Woodhouse Moor (aka Hyde Park). Tell us your predicted time in minutes and seconds when you enter and we’ll put you in a heat with others of a similar standard (a time predictor is at www.runningforfitness.org/calc/racepaces/rp). Starting at 6:45 with a Race Walk, followed by the first running heat at 7:00. The final heat will set off no later than 8.30pm. Number collection from 6pm. All standards welcome.
