Vale of York Half Marathon
Back for 2020!
The Vale of York Half Marathon, the fast, flat, PB-loving half marathon in aid of Sue Ryder successfully regenerated in 2019. 2019 saw a new race start and finish but still most of the same tarmac, run in a different order. In 2020, we’re back on this course once again. As in 2019, the race starts and finishes just outside Wistow, but still runs 13.1 flat miles on scenic closed roads south of York and north of Selby. For the novice runner this is still the perfect introduction to a longer distance. For the more seasoned racer it remains a genuine PB opportunity. And for those training for an autumn marathon it fits perfectly into your training schedule. Follow the event on Twitter and Facebook to get all the news on our seventh year.
