The Leeds Golden Mile is your chance to race the classic one mile distance on an athletics track. The event is open to all runners regardless of your speed! Based upon your predicted time, you will compete in a heat with runners of the same ability. There will be separate heats for 11-15 year olds and race walkers. Certificate and medal for all finishers and prizes for heat winners.
