A beautifully scenic road race in the heart of the Dales
The Dentdale Run is a 14.2 mile, 332 yard road race staged on the roads and lanes around Dentdale, the Yorkshire Dales's beautiful "secret" dale. Following a figure-of-eight course, it winds up hill and down dale, starting and finishing at Dent Primary School, where finishers are treated to a hot drink, sandwich and cake! The race is one of the most scenic road races you are ever likely to do! Plus, new for 2017, a shorter 7.5 mile race that takes in the the first half of the course before cutting back to the village. All proceeds go directly to Dent C of E Primary School.
